History

 

With over three years of successful experience as a graphic designer, art director, and production artist in various agencies, and as a freelancer - Yeshai has developed an expertise in handling complex creative and production projects.

 

Proficient in all aspects of print design and production: typography, layout, fold and die-cut design, photography, photo-retouching, color correcting and comping for presentations. He has proven design experience in branding, advertising, direct marketing, and packaging.

 

Graduating the four-year Visual Communications Design program at Ascola-Meimad art and design school in Tel Aviv, Yeshai has excellent design skills in all CS3 Suite software as well as Freehand MX, Acrobat and MS Office software. He recently finished his training in After Effects software at the San Francisco State University and is now exploring the possibilities of motion graphics for video and the web.

 

He has recently moved to Brooklyn, New York.

 

 

2006-2008 San Francisco
Worked as a freelance Graphic Designer and Production Artist in various high-end advertising agencies including: Arc Worldwide, Goodby Silverstein, Institute for the Future, JWT and Draft FCB. Furthermore, he designed and managed independent print projects as a freelancer for cultural events and small businesses including: ArtsFest, San Francisco Theatre Festival, Cassis Catering, and more.

 

 

1977-2006 Israel
During the year 2006 Yeshai worked as an Art Director in The Lead advertising agency and was responsible for overseeing the design and production process of creative B2B, direct marketing solutions, as well as ATL and online campaigns.

 

Before graduating in 2005, he gained experience in the digital press field - five years in the R&D department of Hewlett-Packard (HP) Indigo Division - as a digital press system operator gaining excellent technical experience and knowledge in the print process and its capabilities. Add to that a good grip of pre-press through work at his father's pre-press bureau.
